Enhancing workflow with AI
The project focused on leveraging AI to streamline review and document generation, saving time and improving accuracy. After stakeholder interviews and workshops, we defined AI-driven tasks while retaining manual control for flexibility.
Document analysis and review
The Bid Manager uploads the RFQ and documents for AI to review and generate a report, with the option to ask for more insights on feasibility and bid potential.
Technical proposal
Once Bid Manager happy with the report, he initiates generating technical proposals with AI by analyzing uploaded documents and past data.
We used AI in MS Word and Add-ins so Bid Managers can easily edit and finalize proposals for submission.
Next process
Bid Manager submits the technical proposal for review
Bid Reviewer reviews and either accepts or rejects the proposal
Upon acceptance, Bid Manager prepares the Pricing Sheet and Commercial Proposal using AI tools
Bid Reviewer reviews, signs, and approves the final proposal
